A Used Macbook Saves You Money
June 25th, 2010 by
We have now come to expect the type of quality design and quality engineering that Apple has put into the Macbook Air. However it is the type of computer that is more specialized and will not target the same market as the normal Macbook or Macbook Pro.
One of the larger compromises would be in its connectivity. This Macbook has only a single USB port and no built-in optical drive, no ethernet port, no firewire port, no mobile broadband and no multimedia reader. And there is not even 1 expansion slot. Add on to this a large $1800 cost and you can’t help but feel that is a whole lot of hard earned money to spend for some eye candy.
But have no fear, here comes the interesting part. If you are someone who simply must have the Macbook Air, there is light, at least when it comes to the price tag. Have you thought about going with a Used Macbook Air? Guess what? you can buy them directly from the Apple website? yes it is true, it is not exactly referred to as used but rather refurbished or reconditioned, but these bad boys can save you a lot of green on your next Macbook, or perhaps I should now say your next Used Macbook Air, Pro or Otherwise.
